- Ronald Evelyn Pollack, Tarrant's grandson (eldest son of Mary Tarrant and Evelyn Pollock), was a Gray's Inn barrister. He went to India to join the Indian Civil Service and became a judge; he was Judge of the High Court of Nagpur (1936-1948), Acting Chief Justice of Nagpur (1947); and was appointed Chairman of the Medical Appeal Tribunal, Sourhter Region (1948-1963). He was knighted in 1947.
